Job is to assist the Facility Maintenance Supervisor with maintaining equipment and systems, safe building conditions, and satisfactory appearance of all sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience in a similar position.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions with/without accommodation.
• Must maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facility Maintenance Supervisor with maintaining equipment and systems.
• Ensure safe condition of buildings and structures and satisfactory appearance of all sites.

Job Summary :

Responsible for assisting the Facility Maintenance Supervisor with maintaining the proper functioning of equipment and systems, safe condition of buildings and structures, and satisfactory appearance of all sites.

Core Competencies:

• Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred
• Working knowledge of basic repair, carpentry, and A/C
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• High degree of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions effectively
• Basic automotive skills
• Good driving record

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience in a similar position
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with/without reasonable accommodation. Ability to reach/extend arms in all directions; ability to hold, grasp, turn or otherwise work with hands or fingers; and ability to exert up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally or frequently.
• Must maintain a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance. Must submit to LCDF required background check, TB screen and drug testing.
