Job summary

You will perform routine maintenance, room turnovers, and cleaning of surfaces, windows, and equipment to ensure a tidy, compliant environment.

The role requires following infection prevention policies, coordinating repairs, and being flexible for after-hours and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of several years in custodial/housekeeping.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and independent work ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on facility and equipment.
• Perform room turnovers, cleaning, and light bulb changes.
• Clean various surfaces (carpet, vinyl, VCT) to meet hygiene standards.
• Clean windows and screens; ensure proper window operation.
• Clean equipment and organize after shifts; proper storage.
• Follow infection prevention and control policies.
• Coordinate repairs and work orders to minimize disruption.
• Remain available for call-backs during emergencies.
