Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Facility Services role in Hampton, VA. The position focuses on maintaining cleanliness across the travel center, including showers and restrooms, while supporting general store maintenance and guest services.

We value motivated self-starters who work well in teams, can lift up to 50 pounds, and adapt to a flexible schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience and knowledge of industrial equipment are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be a highly motivated self-starter.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to fix small problems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the store.
• Clean showers and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels for showers.
• Perform general repair/maintenance of the store.
• Pick up and take out all trash around the travel center.
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities.
