Sam’s Club is seeking a Maintenance Associate to help keep the parking lot, restrooms, and floors clean, ensuring a positive first and last impression for members in Florence, AL. The role requires staying on your feet in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus benefits including health coverage, a 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
• Cleans all areas of the Facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following procedures and using approved chemicals and equipment.
• Ensures a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of waste per Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintains supplies and chemicals, rotates storage, and places orders when stock is low.
• Live Better U education benefits program is available for associates.
