Compass Group USA, ESFM, is seeking a full-time janitor at Exxon, Baton Rouge, LA. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–1:30 pm. Must have prior janitorial experience.

The role involves cleaning floors, windows, and surfaces to maintain a clean, safe environment in a healthcare or facility setting. Compensation includes a fixed pay rate of $13.50 per hour with benefits for full-time employees. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Previous janitorial experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps buildings clean and orderly.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties including cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass.
• Removes rubbish and disposes of trash following approved procedures.
• Dusts and damp mops floorsตาม procedures.
• Assists in moving equipment and furniture for cleaning and places items back in place.
