Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor in Irvine, CA to maintain clean, organized, and disinfected work areas across multiple facilities. You will vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, clean restrooms, and manage trash while following safety procedures and reporting hazards to supervisors.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reliable attendance, and a willingness to work night shifts when needed. DailyPay is available as a payment option.

Qualifications

• Background check required in accordance with California law.
• Consistent punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and use cleaning equipment properly.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms and other areas.
• Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture; keep furniture free of dust and maintain lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and moldings.
• Dispose of trash and recycle containers; cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Clean windows and mirrors; ensure security by closing doors at end of shift when required.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs and maintain cleaning charts.
