Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a psychiatrist for an inpatient behavioral health unit in Nevada. Schedule 7:30 am–5 pm with no call, seeing 8–15 patients per day in a 30-bed unit. Adolescent crisis and inpatient experience preferred; court hearings on Wednesdays; daily treatment team meetings.

We arrange housing and travel, provide comprehensive malpractice coverage, and simplify credentialing; your recruiter handles all details for a smooth locum experience.

Qualifications

• Adolescent crisis and inpatient experience preferred.
• Experience in inpatient behavioral health settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for an inpatient behavioral health unit.

• Split census with another psychiatrist or nurse practitioner.
• Attend daily treatment team meetings at 8:15 am.
• Court hearings held Wednesdays at the facility.

From $185.00 to $220.00 Hourly
