Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens provider in Minnesota to cover 1-2 weeks per month. Responsibilities include managing a busy workload averaging 1000 procedures annually, including coronary procedures. Support includes APP assistance for rounding days.

Candidates must be proficient in PTCA, stenting, diagnostic and interventional catheterizations, and possess skills in TEE, cardioversion, echocardiograms, EKG, and stress tests. This role offers competitive compensation along with paid malpractice insurance and travel expenses.

Qualifications

• At least 2 catheterizations per day in cath lab.
• Ability to manage 10-20 patients rounding with APP support.
• Experience with 12-14 patients per day during clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens coverage 1-2 weeks per month.
• Respond to weekend call 1:4 and night call from 5pm to 7am.
• Conduct 1000 procedures annually, including 300 coronary procedures.
