Job summary

CompHealth is offering physician assignments with weekend call from Friday evening to Monday morning in the Austin area. Expect to manage 10–12 patients on weekends, with rounding times of several hours, and STEMI coverage.

CompHealth handles housing, travel, and malpractice coverage while you focus on patient care. The recruiter will serve as your single point of contact and guide you through credentialing and time-entry processes via an online portal.

Responsibilities

• Weekend call from Friday 6 pm to Monday 6 am
• Rounding on Saturday and Sunday with ~3-4 hrs Saturday and ~2-3 hrs Sunday
• 10-12 patients per day on Saturday and Sunday
• STEMI coverage and interventions required
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• Credentialing and privileging process simplified by CompHealth team
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
