Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens practitioner for outpatient wound care in Peoria, IL. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm with no weekends or call; expect 12–20 wound visits daily and 1–4 HBO treatments each day in an outpatient facility with 8 exam rooms and an HBO suite.

The role requires ACLS certification and involves wound debridements, compression therapy, wound VACs, and I&D as needed.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• Experience with wound care procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform wound debridements, compression therapy, wound VACs, and I&D as required.
• Oversee HBO treatment administration and patient care.
• Manage outpatient wound visits and participate in daily treatment plans.
