Job summary

CompHealth is seeking an inpatient nephrologist to provide weekend coverage and routine rounding in an adult hospital setting in Georgia. The role includes 8 am–5 pm shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, with 8 guaranteed hours per day, and rounding only—no on-call duties. Expect roughly 35–45 patient encounters daily, with about 30% ICU involvement.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient nephrology duties with inpatient rounding only, no call.
• Work 1-2 weekends per month, 8 am Saturday to 5 pm Sunday, with 8 guaranteed hours each day.
• Roughly 35-45 patients managed per day, with about 30% ICU involvement.
• Position is in an inpatient hospital setting focused on adult nephrology.
• Role covers leave coverage for the department.
