CompHealth offers locum anesthesia assignments ranging from short days to years, with shifts including weekends and overnight options. There is no call, no holidays, and patient cases span general, vascular, ortho, and neuro; housing and travel are arranged, with malpractice coverage included.

Rates range from $300.00 to $400.00 hourly, all-inclusive. CompHealth provides dedicated recruiters to handle details and an online portal for assignment details and time entry.

Qualificações

• Level 1 trauma experience required; minimum 2 years post-residency.
• Ultrasound-guided blocks, central/arterial lines, regional anesthesia required.
• Case mix: adult 80%, trauma 20%; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide locum anesthesia coverage per assignment.
• Maintain patient safety and manage intraoperative responsibilities.
• Coordinate with facility staff and credentialing teams.

• Weekend shift -- Fri - Mon, 7 am - 5 pm, 10-hour shifts (4 days)
• Night shift option -- Fri 5 pm - Tue 7 am, 14-hour shifts
• No call, no callback, no holidays scheduled
• Approx. 60 surgical cases per day
• General 50%, complex vascular 20%, complex ortho 20%, neuro 10%
• Adult cases 80%, trauma cases 20% -- pediatric experience preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience required -- min. 2 years post-residency
• Ultrasound-guided blocks, central/arterial lines, regional anesthesia required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
