Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a locum tenens cardiologist for an outpatient setting in Alaska. The assignment involves 4–5 days per month, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with 8-hour shifts and no on-call requirements.

You will see about 14–16 patients per day, use Epic for electronic medical records, and work with adult and geriatric populations. Weatherby covers malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing, and provides 24-hour consultant support.

Qualifications

• Outpatient cardiology experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is a plus

Responsibilities

• See 14–16 patients per day in an outpatient cardiology setting
• Maintain 8-hour shifts, Mon–Fri, 8 am–5 pm
