Job summary

TDG Facilities LLC, based in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a full-time Site-Based Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician to serve a large education facility in the Northern Kentucky region. You will diagnose HVAC issues, perform repairs, and handle routine maintenance across building systems.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, organization, and reliability, with on-call availability nights/weekends and ability to coordinate with clients and maintain records. A company vehicle is provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, with experience diagnosing HVAC issues.
• Highly organized.
• Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duties beyond satisfaction.
• Effective communication skills with a great attitude.
• Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform minor HVAC system repairs.
• Perform general building maintenance tasks including repairs and scheduled maintenance on building equipment, fire system tests and inspections, general break/fix, light carpentry, light plumbing, floor care, on-call assistance for clean-ups and other emergencies.
• Diagnose general maintenance issues quickly and effectively
• Able to perform general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Work both independently, and also within a team
• Be available nights and weekends for emergencies
• Ability to maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities
• Maintain truck stock and inventory within company guidelines
• Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings
• Use computer/tablet/mobile devices to modify and monitor work order management system
• Other tasks as assigned

TDG Facilities LLC is looking for a full-time Site-Based Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician in the NORTHERN KENTUCKY / HIGHLAND HEIGHTS / WILDER KENTUCKY area to help serve a large education facility client located within the Northern Kentucky Region.

This role requires knowledge of corrective, preventative, and routine repair and maintenance procedures of commercial HVAC systems. Experience working with various building pumps, water softeners, and other facility mechanical assets is a plus.

This role also utilizes experience with light plumbing and electrical, carpentry, drywall, and construction to better serve our clients. Access to a company vehicle is provided while on the work site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
