You will perform daily housekeeping tasks for resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while following strict sanitation and infection control guidelines. Strong communication with residents and staff is essential, as is the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, staff, and guests.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
