Job summary

U-Haul in Colorado Springs is seeking a reliable Facility Housekeeper to keep our storage units, hallways, restrooms and lobby areas clean and inviting, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff.

You will sweep, vacuum, wipe and mop, dispose of trash, and monitor cleaning supplies, with additional duties as assigned; physical activity and use of protective gear may be required.

Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities

Facility Housekeeper Minimum Qualifications

Work Environment: The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs assisted or unassisted.
