Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Facility Helper to support our facilities management team with general cleaning, basic repairs, and daily operational tasks. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for staff and visitors.

You will assist with space setup, monitor conditions, transport supplies, and follow safety policies while collaborating with maintenance personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in facilities, custodial, or general labor roles is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of tools, equipment, and facility operations preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
