Job summary

Wheaton Bible Church in West Chicago, IL is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and grounds of our campus, coordinating paid staff and volunteers. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate volunteers.
• Read and interpret building drawings, schematics, technical materials and manuals.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise maintenance of WBC’s facilities.
• Plan, schedule and assign work to meet ministry needs.
• Manage contracted services and budgets.
• Ensure safety and environmental standards.
• Coordinate volunteer projects and staff training.
• Oversee capital projects and equipment replacements.
