Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking dedicated janitorial staff to maintain lobby areas, doors, floors, and restrooms in client buildings. You will perform spot cleaning, polishing, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep spaces looking professional.

Candidates should follow safety procedures, arrive on time, report issues to management, and work as part of a service-driven team in a fast-paced facilities environment.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Clean and remove smudges on walls, doors, and wall coverings.
• Report lights out to the Management Office.
• Report solicitors to the Management Office.
• Policing lobby to keep floors and planters free of paper and debris.
• Vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust mop lobby floors twice daily.
• Polish elevator cab railings and doors and main lobby call buttons.
• Assist building Engineer daily per Management discretion.
