Holtec in East Pittsburgh is seeking a dependable Custodian to maintain clean, safe manufacturing, office, and common areas. You will perform routine cleaning, sanitation, waste removal, and light facility support while following safety and environmental procedures.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and teamwork. Prior custodial or maintenance experience is preferred; plant exposure is a plus. Holtec offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in custodial, janitorial, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk/climb for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of manufacturing areas, offices, restrooms, break rooms, hallways and common spaces.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing and waste collection.
• Restock restroom supplies and ensure sanitary conditions throughout the facility.
• Collect, sort and dispose of trash, recyclables and industrial waste.
• Operate floor care equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively.
• Replace light bulbs, change air filters, and report repair needs.
• Assist with setup, breakdown and cleanup for meetings and events.
• Monitor custodial supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements when handling chemicals and equipment.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned.
