Job summary

SaddleBrooke Two is seeking a full-time housekeeping/maintenance assistant for the Catalina Area, working 3:00pm to 11:00pm. The role involves cleaning clubhouses, arts and crafts centers, and tennis facilities, including dusting, polishing, washing, and restocking restrooms.

Requirements include a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to perform standard housekeeping duties with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Performs general cleaning tasks inside and outside common areas as directed, including clubhouses, grilles, sports amenities, and fitness centers.
• Dusts, polishes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, washes windows and surfaces; restocks restroom facilities.
• Maintains cleanliness of restrooms, floors, walls, and fixtures; participates in routine housekeeping duties as assigned.

Full-time | Catalina Area | 3:00pm - 11:00pm shift

PURPOSE OF POSITION /SUMMARY

This position performs general labor and cleaning tasks associated with clubhouses, arts and crafts centers along with tennis courts. General tasks may include: dusting and polishing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures; washing windows and counters, walls, ceilings, and woodwork; sweeping, scrubbing, and waxing floors; cleaning and vacuuming drapes, furniture, and carpeting; re-stocking restroom facilities, changing linens, trash collection/emptying and other general housekeeping duties as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Occasionally mandatory overtime.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Performs general cleaning tasks, as directed, which may be inside or outside of all common area HOA properties, including restroom areas, such as clubhouses, grilles, all sports amenities, fitness centers, patios and any other amenities.
