Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas across client sites. The role is flexible to meet varying client needs and specifications.

The position offers $12 per hour with weekly pay and a 35-hour workweek (Mon-Sun, 6a-11a). On-the-job training is provided; High school diploma or 6 months janitorial experience preferred. Join a welcoming team at Diversified Maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or six months of janitorial experience.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Attention to detail required and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming).
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor, and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash; operate compactors as needed.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors with appropriate cleaners.
