Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) has an immediate Porter position in Costa Mesa. This hourly, non-exempt role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services in a dynamic, high-traffic environment and frequent customer interaction.

The Porter supports daily janitorial duties, maintains customer relations, and applies broad knowledge of cleaning processes to meet site needs. Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Stand/walk for long shifts (10–12 hours).
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and safety documents (English; Spanish where required).
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning services at high-volume, high-traffic sites.
• Interact with customers daily and fulfill routine janitorial duties as requested.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and address daily requests.
• Lead and provide solutions to problems as directed by management.
