Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean, organized, and disinfected workplaces across our Colorado operations. You will perform a range of cleaning duties, ensure restrooms are stocked and sanitized, and help keep common areas spotless.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, window cleaning, trash removal, disinfecting surfaces, and reporting safety or maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial janitorial work.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls, and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, elevators, stairs, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Clean chairs and upholstered furniture; remove dust from furniture and fixtures.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, and phones; clean and replenish restrooms.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers.
• Manage cleaning supplies inventory and report missing materials to supervisors.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or maintenance needs; follow safety rules.
• Close doors at the end of the night shift.
