Coreslab Structures ARIZ Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Services team member to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout our facility in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports a safe and productive workplace for employees and visitors.

You will clean restrooms, break rooms, offices, and designated areas, and you will report hazards while following safety procedures. Hours are 3am to 11am, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and fixtures.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors throughout assigned areas.
• Clean and maintain break rooms, kitchens, and employee common areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust, wipe down, and sanitize tables, counters, doors, and other surfaces as assigned.
• Clean windows, glass, mirrors, and other surfaces as needed.
• Replenish restroom and janitorial supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, hallways, offices, and other designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, damaged equipment, or supply shortages to management.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals according to manufacturer instructions and company safety procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies in an orderly and secure manner.
• Perform additional cleaning and facility-related duties as assigned.
