Pilot Company is hiring for a store/maintenance role at our travel center in Idaho. You will help keep the facility clean, support guest needs, and maintain showers and restrooms while providing friendly service to every guest.

The position offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow within our network. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required, with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining overall cleanliness of the store
• Cleaning showers and restroom facilities
• Washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers
• Performing general repair/maintenance of the store
• Picking up and taking all trash around travel center
• Provide excellent guest service through well-maintained facilities
