Job summary

Buc-ee's, Ltd. is seeking a Cleaning & Maintenance Attendant in Texas. The role involves cleaning and light maintenance, following the cleaning matrix, and maintaining a clean, in-stock store environment.

You will report to the Cleaning & Maintenance Manager and support safety procedures. The position requires up to 40 hours weekly with morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds,

Qualifications

• Must be people and task oriented.
• Self-motivated, dependable and able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to operate light commercial cleaning equipment and follow cleaning matrix.

Responsibilities

• Clean and perform light maintenance as directed by Cleaning & Maintenance Manager.
• Observe safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions.
• Operate store cleaning equipment and perform routine upkeep of store areas.
• Work with little supervision in rapid shifts and maintain customer focus.
