Job summary

Mohegan Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance/Facilities Associate to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. You will sweep, mop, scrub, dust, vacuum, collect trash, sanitize restrooms, perform routine cleaning tasks, operate dish machines, and assist with light repairs and painting as needed while reporting any safety concerns to management.

Starting pay is $12.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum all areas of the facility.
• Collect and dispose of trash; maintain restrooms.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks during shift; operate dish machine.
• Maintain building and perform routine repairs/painting as needed.
• Monitor inventory supply status and report issues.
• Promote superior guest service.
