Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and guiding staff.

• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned buildings.
• Manage schedules and time records for regular or subcontractor staff.
• Ensure safety and quality of work, reporting any issues to management.
• Maintain keys and access control for the property and manage supplies.
