ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility services, is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to maintain clean and safe environments across assigned facilities in the Pittsburgh area. This role supports daily operations, ensures hygiene standards, and contributes to a positive occupant experience.

The ideal candidate will have a High school diploma or equivalent and prior cleaning experience, with the ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met
• Empty trash and recycling bins andwastein accordance withcompany policies
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly
• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor
• Assistwith setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation
