Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or related cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to follow cleanroom gowning and contamination control procedures.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning schedules, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks on shift.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of production areas, offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Follow cleaning schedules, SOPs, and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cleanroom gowning and contamination control procedures when in designated areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies and paper products as needed.
• Inspect areas and report maintenance or cleanliness concerns promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and handle cleaning chemicals per procedures.
• Maintain organized cleaning supply storage and monitor inventory.
• Assist with deep-clean projects and other facility tasks.
• Collaborate with production and plant staff to maintain a clean and compliant workplace.
• Adhere to all safety policies and housekeeping standards.
