Job summary

Flagship Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated janitorial professional to keep offices and facilities clean and safe. You will perform sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom sanitation, waste removal, and other routine cleaning tasks across various areas.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and at least 6 months of janitorial experience. You must pass a background check and maintain a neat appearance, with a focus on punctuality and customer service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial duties and responsibilities is helpful.
• Must have good listening and verbal communication skills; some positions require English.
• Must maintain a neat appearance; a uniform may be required at some sites.
• Must attend periodic training and safety meetings.
• Must be able to understand and anticipate the needs of the clients.
• Must be punctual.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors with appropriate equipment.
• Dust and wash walls, light fixtures, blinds, and ceilings as needed.
• Move furniture to clean areas and remove stains using cleaning solutions.
• Clean restrooms, replenish dispensers, and sanitize surfaces.
• Keep janitor's closet neat and maintain equipment properly.
• Work in both carpeted and non-carpeted areas and handle miscellaneous tasks.
