Qualifications

• Prior commercial or facility cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for most of the workday.
• Basic understanding of cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and floor surfaces in offices and shared spaces.
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
• Clean and disinfect break rooms, including tables, countertops, appliances, and sinks.
• Maintain supplies in restrooms and break areas.
• Sweep and mop floors to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs to management.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks.
• Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies.
• Support general facility cleanliness to ensure a professional environment.

We are seeking a dependable and detail orientated Facility Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace. This role is responsible for the daily cleaning and upkeep of offices, restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a professional environment and supports a positive workplace for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain office spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Vacuum carpets and floor surfaces in offices and shared spaces
• Clean interior windows and glass surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
• Clean and disinfect break rooms, including tables, countertops, appliances, and sinks
• Maintain supplies of paper products, soap, and cleaning materials in restrooms and break areas
• Sweep and mop floors as needed to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or supply needs to management
• Follow company safety guidelines and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Assist with periodic deep cleaning tasks such as floor care, dusting high surfaces, and seasonal cleaning
• Maintain an organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment
• Support general facility cleanliness to ensure a professional and welcoming environment

Candidates that would be a great fit:

• Previous Prior commercial or facility cleaning experience, preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet for most of the workday.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
