Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a technically focused FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to bridge design, construction, commissioning, and facility operations. You will ensure asset data is captured, validated, and integrated into FM/CMMS/IWMS/EAM platforms, driving reliable asset information for lifecycle management.
You’ll bring expertise in asset information management, COBie, and BIM-to-FM workflows, and collaborate with design teams, contractors, and operators to deliver standardized, auditable data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in asset information management, BIM for FM, or digital delivery.
- Strong understanding of COBie and structured asset data deliverables.
- Experience developing and auditing Asset Information Models (AIM).
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) for facility operations.
- Define AIR and OIR for projects and asset data standards.
- Lead COBie data collection, validation, and delivery.
- Coordinate asset data across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover.
- Develop asset tagging standards and naming conventions.
- Support BIM->FM workflows and asset data integration into CMMS/IWMS/EAM.
