Jacobs in the United States is seeking a FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to develop and manage asset information across project lifecycles, integrating into CMMS, IWMS, and EAM platforms.

Ideal candidates have COBie, BIM for FM, digital turnover experience; Jacobs offers health benefits, a hybrid work policy, and a base salary range of $111,100 to $152,700, with pay determined by location and experience.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in asset information management or BIM for FM
• Strong understanding of COBie and asset data deliverables
• Experience developing and auditing Asset Information Models (AIM)
• Knowledge of facility operations and asset lifecycle management principles
• Working knowledge of BIM, Revit, and model-based asset information delivery
• Experience supporting digital turnover and owner handover processes

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) for operations
• Define Asset Information Requirements (AIR) and Operational Information Requirements (OIR)
• Establish asset data standards, governance procedures, and quality assurance processes
• Validate asset data across design, construction, commissioning, and turnover
• Ensure asset information meets owner and operator requirements for lifecycle management
• Lead COBie data collection, validation, and delivery
• Coordinate asset tagging standards and data migration
• Support BIM-to-FM workflows and digital twins
