Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) for our outpatient clinic in Salisbury, North Carolina. You will be the front-line leader, guiding a cross-functional clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care while managing operations and resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
• Current license to practice as RN if required by state.
• Current CPR certification (or obtained within 60 days).
• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor's strongly preferred.

Requirements:

• Associate\u2019s degree required; Bachelor\u2019s degree in related area strongly preferred
• Minimum of one year of management experience (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience (nurse, dietitian, social worker, LPN, etc.) as determined by DVP/ROD
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment
• Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position)
• Other qualifications and combinations of skills may be considered at the discretion of ROD and/or Divisional Vice President
• Collaboration is essential. You will work with clinical and financial teams daily to meet business needs.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
