Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our warehouse and facility operations team. The role focuses on a split workload with 50% facility maintenance and 50% warehouse operations, offering hands-on repairs, equipment inspections, and general upkeep.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience, can use basic hand tools, and is comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, and full-time, 40-hour weeks are standard.

Qualifications

• Some experience in maintenance, mechanical work, facility upkeep, or general repairs.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Willing to assist with general warehouse duties.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic facility repairs, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Inspect equipment and work areas to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Use hand tools to complete repairs and adjustments.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse.
• Support warehouse operations, including material handling and general tasks.
