Job summary

The role includes managing budgets, procurement, fleet operations, safety training, and emergency response, supporting operations of research facilities and the public

Qualifications

  • Diploma or GED.
  • FMP, PMP, Master Tradesman or related certifications.
  • Minimum five years in commercial/institutional construction/utilities/facilities maintenance, with three years supervisory.
  • Experience with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related trades.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management.
  • Proficient computer skills and office tools.
