Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in facilities maintenance or a combination of education/experience.
• Specialize in welding to ensure availability of necessary tools during the overhaul.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.
• Basic knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, welding and related maintenance tasks.
• Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain records of all equipment repairs and maintenance inspections.
• Execute building maintenance tasks in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, welding, and related fields.
• Assist with facility enhancements, including painting and equipment installations.
• Ensure proper ventilation, lighting, and temperature/humidity control per standards.
