Hope Church in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Facilities Technician to maintain church facilities, assist with events, and support ministries. The role requires basic maintenance, plumbing skills, and good communication with staff and volunteers.

You will operate Planning Center and Fiix systems, manage setup/breakdown, respond to emergencies, and help keep buildings clean and safe while following church safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Background check for operating in preschool area.
• Experience with a computer and iPad.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports.
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with Ministries.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down of all Planning Center events.
• Complete projects in the Fiix program in a timely manner, and close projects out daily.
• Respond to emergencies.
• Understand how to operate basic tools and equipment.
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Work with community service personnel showing and teaching them how to do their task.
• Support any after-hours building needs and activities as required.
• Work with all Ministries to accomplish their needs.
• Complete any other assigned tasks requested by supervision.

These programs need to be completed in a professional manner. Technicians must be organized and have good communication skills working with all ministries on campus. Other responsibilities include overall cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
