D & D Construction LLC is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs across multiple properties in the North Eastern, PA area. You will handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and small appliance repairs, working independently to ensure timely, quality results.

The role requires hands-on skills, ability to manage work orders, and collaboration with contractors when needed. Strong problem-solving and reliability are essential traits for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC equipment, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Capability to repair and maintain small appliances such as microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, basic inspections).
• Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Repair and maintain small appliances (microwaves, refrigerators, ice makers, dishwashers, etc.).
• Handle general building maintenance: doors, locks, drywall, ceilings, flooring, and hardware.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance calls at multiple locations.
• Work with outside contractors when needed.
• Assist with emergency or on-call repairs as required.
