Job summary

KDC is seeking a hands-on, dependable Facilities Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and repair of our facility and manufacturing environment. This role covers electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and general facility tasks, following SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of facility maintenance experience in production settings, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of facility maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Follow SOPs and work instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility and equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and perform corrective actions to restore operation.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Read blueprints and manuals; order parts and supplies.
• Follow GMP, OSHA, and safety procedures; maintain records.
