Job summary

UG2 LLC seeks a Facility Technician (General Maintenance) in Santa Monica, CA for the 2nd shift. You will operate and maintain boilers, HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, perform routine rounds, and handle repairs of fixtures and fittings to keep the facility compliant and safe.

Required EPA 608 Universal Certification; preferred Associates Degree in Engineering or related field and OSHA 10. Join a team focused on reliability and continuous improvement at UG2.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Universal Certification required.
• Associates Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical, HVAC, or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Weekly Fire Pump Test Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain boilers, compressors, refrigeration equipment, generators, and related systems.
• Perform facility rounds and maintain mechanical, HVAC, electrical, piping and plumbing systems.
• Repair and replace fixtures, tiles, and furniture as needed to maintain facility condition.
• Operate and maintain electrical/control systems and troubleshoot motor controls and drives.
