Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces.
• Evaluates areas to be cleaned and sets pressure, temperature, and methods.
• Performs safety and preventive maintenance checks on machinery.
• Maintains equipment inventory and stores tools properly.
• Operates corporate vehicles and conducts pretrip and post-trip inspections.
• Responds to work orders via phones, tablets, or laptops and logs tasks.
• Coordinates with managers and stakeholders to meet maintenance needs.
• Seasonal exterior maintenance and snow/ice management when required.
