Job summary

Eataly North America in West Palm Beach is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support daily operations, safety, and reliable building systems. You will work with the Facilities Lead on inspections, routine tasks, and hands-on repairs to keep the store running smoothly.

This onsite role requires prior maintenance or technician experience, familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration concepts, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum maintenance or technician experience required.
• HVAC, Plumbing and Refrigeration knowledge preferred.
• Ability to set up preventive maintenance for building systems.
• Strong organizational skills under time constraints.
• Willingness to learn and operate tools safely.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and basic repairs under supervision.
• Assist with inspections to identify safety hazards and maintenance needs.
• Replace light bulbs, adjust fixtures, tighten hardware, and assemble furniture.
• Support preventive maintenance of building systems, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Respond to maintenance requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist qualified technicians and contractors with scheduled service.
• Document completed tasks and follow-up needs.
• Maintain tools and supplies in safe, organized condition.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report concerns.
