Job summary

JAC Management Group, LLC is seeking a Facility Maintenance Associate in Youngstown, OH to maintain day-to-day operations of Covelli Centre and adjacent venues. You will handle electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and related tasks, with potential for shift variations and weekend hours.

You will supervise a team, read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards. Prior experience in public assemblies facilities is preferred, with flexibility to respond to event

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in the public assemblies facilities industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and related building systems.
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of part-time and full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work across venue facilities.
• Conduct daily/weekly inspections of doors, HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
• Read blueprints and manuals; perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical tasks as needed.
• Schedule and track preventative maintenance; update procedures when new equipment is installed.
• Operate facility equipment including Zamboni, grooming machines, forklifts, and lifts.
• Interface with building management systems to monitor energy usage and control systems.
• Enforce safety policies and manage inventory & supplies for maintenance.
