Qualifications

• 0-1 years of hands-on work experience (janitorial or mechanical) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floor surfaces in office and plant areas (sweeping, washing, vacuuming, waxing/buffing).
• Clean and maintain washrooms; replenish supplies.
• Collect garbage/recycling for disposal by a third-party partner.
• Ensure entrances are clear of snow and debris.
• Perform basic maintenance on facilities systems (sprinklers, gates, trimmers).
• Sweep and scrub factory floors; clean carpets; strip and wax floors.
• Run basic testing of eye wash stations and showers for safety.
• Prepare offices for meetings and set up desks for new team members.
• Assist in reorganizing office spaces as needed.
• Adhere to quality, safety standards, and company policies.
