Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Massachusetts is hiring for a Full-Time Facilities Maintenance role. You will manage total site responsibilities, perform light construction and repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep centers compliant and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of relevant facilities experience.
• Proficient in facilities disciplines and total site responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Flexible schedule to occasionally work outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Total site maintenance and management.
• Light construction and/or maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Small appliance troubleshooting and repair.
• Exterior space maintenance and vendor management, including playgrounds.
• Work order management system for internal requests.
• Maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and monitor performance.
• Support centers through audits, regulatory visits, initiatives and compliance.
