Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance tasks including make-ready work and common-area upkeep.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing and fire alarm systems to minimize downtime.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and track tool usage; coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs.
• Participate in safety meetings and follow OSHA and internal risk-management policies.
• Document work orders and service requests in the CMMS and report to management.
