Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a reliable Maintenance Technician to support restaurant facilities in Memphis, TN.

You will perform interior and exterior maintenance tasks, plumbing and lighting repairs, painting, and preventive inspections, while maintaining records and communicating professionally with restaurant management.

The role requires strong trades knowledge, 3+ years of experience, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial building maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance trades.
• Experience with plumbing, painting, flooring, and light carpentry.
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
